Returns Policy
At Red Anvil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a product, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- You may return any unused and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all components and accessories included.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical components (if opened or installed)
- Custom or special-order items
- Batteries (due to shipping restrictions)
Return Process
- Contact us at sales@redanvil.co.za or call +27 (0)81 644 9752 to initiate a return.
- We'll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the correct item.
