Returns Policy

At Red Anvil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a product, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • You may return any unused and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all components and accessories included.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components (if opened or installed)
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Batteries (due to shipping restrictions)

Return Process

  2. We'll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
