- Customers must initiate a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or product defects).

- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds may not be issued using original payment method.
