At Red Anvil Pty Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to providing high-quality golf cart parts and components. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage for the products we sell.

2. Warranty Duration

2.1. Electronic Components:

  • Electronic components, including but not limited to motors, controllers, and other electronic parts, are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

2.2. Exclusions:

  • Certain products are excluded from warranty coverage due to their nature as wear and tear items. These include brake system parts and brake shoes, suspension system parts, tires, steering system parts, and any other items prone to wear and tear from regular use. These items are not warranted.

3. Warranty Terms and Conditions

3.1. Warranty Coverage:

  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

3.2. Warranty Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
    • Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorised personnel.
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Damage due to exposure to extreme weather conditions or environmental factors.

3.3. Returning Defective Products:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the defective product to us.

4. Warranty Claim Process

4.1. Notification:

  • Please notify us of any warranty claim within the applicable warranty period.

4.2. Verification:

  • We will evaluate the product to verify the warranty claim. This may include inspection by our technicians.

4.3. Resolution:

  • If the product is found to have a covered defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. If a replacement is provided, the warranty coverage continues from the original purchase date.
